Morris: Lame Duck Dems to Destroy Country through Treaties

Dick Morris was on, forecasting the rest of the political year. He forecast a Dem loss of both the White House and the Senate, followed by blood-letting. According to Morris, a lame duck Obama will pass every imaginable communist treaty he can before he leaves office. Banning guns, sea treaty, banning all fossil fuel power plants, etc., a real nightmare vision. But the Constitution requires a 2/3 vote in the Senate to ratify a treaty. Where would Obama get 67 votes to ratify such insane treaties? I would have thought Morris would know this.

Me, too - we know how awful McLame’s was.

I know a lot of folks here don’t like DM much, but I always enjoy his candor and what he has to say in general. Political strategy seems in his blood. Also, O’Reilly’s usually so rude and verbally abusive to him that I feel sorry for him when he’s on that show. (All the others are polite and courteous to him, at least, and you can tell he appreciates that.)

0bummer plans to do it by executive order. He will dare anyone to do anything about it. He’s already started.

Then the incoming president signs new executive orders which have the effect of nullifying Obama's orders.

In order to permanently screw us, he needs 2/3rds of the Senate to ratify, and I don't believe there are enough turncoat Republicans to get to that number.

I wouldn't put a lot of credence in Dick Morris' prognostications. He has a piss-poor track record.
