As a 50-year-old man walked out of a downtown St. Paul bar, two women flashed their breasts and asked him to go somewhere with them.
They walked with him into an alley, where two men allegedly showed up and hit him over the head with a blunt object. As he lay on the ground, the men and women kicked and punched him, and stole his wallet and cellphone.
The Ramsey County attorney's office said that's what happened Wednesday, May 2, and on Thursday, Janet Elizabeth Hall, 30, Debra Ann McCoy, 45, Andre Lamont Peterson, 44, and David Allen Reynolds, 43, were charged with first-degree aggravated robbery. Hall, McCoy and Reynolds listed St. Paul homeless shelters or organizations as their addresses. Peterson listed a Maplewood residence.
