Jerry Brown's California..
.. State deficit.. $9 Billion.. $10 Billion.. $11 Billion.. $12 Billion..
Is ... $13 Billion next?
The State's deficit for the new fiscal year that starts on July 1st will be nearly $12 billion.
" .. the two year deficit will be at least $12 billion and perhaps much higher because revenues are weak and spending is over budget."
Last year the Governor and the Democrats (The GOP did not support the bill) passed a 'balanced' budget.
Meanwhile, the Governor wants voters to approve a plan in November to raise taxes by about $9 billion per year for the next seven years...
The people who are “pulling the wagon” are leaving the state in droves while more and more people are jumping in the wagon looking for a free ride. It is no wonder the state is on a downward spiral.
I just saw a report that Kalifornia is now 50th regarding a business climate. With 57 states in the union it does not have far to go to be dead last.
CA’s tax situation is such a Laffer.
What can Brown do for you?
CA leading the way to where the country will be before long. Not long with another term for the Obamanation.
“CAs tax situation is such a Laffer.”
California is proving that the Laffer Curve works, in reverse.
While everyone is wringing their hands over CA....
The U.S. in now in the hole for about 14 trillion.
It takes 1,000 billion just to make 1 trillion.
lol...
The Golden Goose she done has flown away like an abused wife. Miss her yet Ca?

Actually, it’s roughly $15.5 trillion.
Who came up with this operating deficit idea... Democrats?
Nope, it was Pete Wilson's surrogate, Arnold.
Actually U.S. debt is higher than that. Currently over 15.6 trillion. It is way bigger if you were to count unfunded liabilities.
Just more reason to look forward to getting out of this state in a few weeks. Back to the Midwest we go.
Unfortunately, they are mismanaging the national level with the same alacrity.
