Sorry....not into racing anymore, and public roads are for public use, observing the rules-of-the-road and LAWS that apply. To shut down a road for a "Road Course", and including for "Grand Prix" events, the roads are scrupulously cleaned and repaired to assure at least a HIGHER LEVEL of conditioning than a routine, everyday road surface.
Racing is for Race Courses, not public roads, except for true amateur idiots who think they are "special".

Also, you might want to do some research on those two events. No, the roads *aren’t* scrupulously cleaned for them.
