The Brendan Frasier movie was The Scout, right? With Robert Wuhl? (Or was it Albert Brooks?)

The Great American Novel is outstanding; it’s a about an author who wants to write”the great American novel” after deciding that Moby Dick can’t be it because whaling does not define America, and writes about baseball, particularly about a (fictitious) Patriot League that was a third major league in the first half of the 20th century.

Yes “The Scout”. I guess every other scout was too incompetent to find the guy that could throw super hard. I was thinking it was Billy Crystal, but you were right the second time it was Albert Brooks.

That novel sounds very interesting.
