I fight it every week ... and sure enough, he was wearing a rock band shirt, but at least it didn’t have gross images of zombies on it. People here think summer requires as much bare skin as possible, even in church.
I’m sure I went through a phase where I thought I was winning a victory by looking sloppy. Now I want to look as good as possible, given my age and other conditions.
Most people in the valley think baring almost everything is fashionable. The RICH folks seem to wear their clothes with invisible price tags for us to look at.
And then there are those who work in the various governments: Casual Fridays are just barely tolerated.
