"We’ve had longer days, hovering above the South Pacific, gleaning U-Know-What from ocean waters..."

We didn't take that much. They'll never miss it.

The odd thing about floating in the Pacific was that all three Habitats were on the same schedule. We didn't change to eight-hour time differences until we got into orbit and began rotating for artificial gravity.

It was handy, then, to have people fully awake so they could do the "night watch" during the middle of the day.

It's the convenience of having a small world.

My hair, when it is longer, is usually am umruly thing that some swear “moves under own power” as if alive.
As for being a werewolf... I will neither confirm nor deny my affinity for full moons.

Friendly advice, avoid the vending machines around these parts, they have attitudes and plots aplenty.
Don’t know why, but they do.

Good advice. Had one try to keep the goods paid for just within the past few days. When all was said and done the vending machine did surrender. Must be government issued vending machines that would do such a thing. Like government it took what was given and gave nothing in return. My cynicism runs deep this day, and am of the opinion there is more, much more, one cannot trust than the vending machines on this planet.

Your puppy is darling? What’s his/her name? Breed? How old? Where’d you get him/her? We must have the details!!!

What’s happening in your garden? Ate one tomato, and enjoyed it immensely. There are two still in the fridge (found one accidentally today.) Tomorrow, I hope to have a bacon and tomato sandwich on rye bread, and maybe make salsa with the other one. There are a few more that are beginning to blush. Another zucchini got away from me (size of a Little League baseball bat.) Collected enough green beans for tonight’s dinner, along with a couple of jalapenos. There’s something wrong with me. When I think I’ve collected all the green beans, I make a second trip out to return things to the garden and put cardboard under the cantaloupes and watermelons and, lo and behold, there are more green beans and a ripe tomato. It seems that when the light changes, I find more stuff. I’ve taken to viewing the plants from every possible perspective (standing on my head, turning around and focusing bent over—the garden is within view of the road and the neighbors who drive by probably think, “What are those loons up to now?)

This thread is a total gas! I love lurking here. Gotta clean up the kitchen.

Our new fridge was delivered today. Mr. Sg ordered it from the Sears store one town over, and it’s heaven to have a working fridge in the house.

There was something big with a gray bushy tail crashing through the forest while Crowbar and I were in the garden. Caught a tiny glimpse of it. I was afraid it might attack Crowbar so we hot-footed it inside and are not going out again til the A.M.

Goodnight and sweet dreams!

Forgot the *e* on the end of your nick. Post at 3353 was meant for you too. Somewhere (out there) a confused nick is about to be questioning where that post came from.
