Cops: Accused Prostitute Offered Undercover Officer Sex For Cheeseburgers Off McDonald's Dollar Menu

The woman, the detective reported, replied that the pair “could go have sexual intercourse if I bought her two double cheese burgers off the dollar menu at McDonald’s.” The cop added, “I agreed to the deal and purchased the hamburgers for $2.75.”

That happens to me all the time. There’s a real estate agency here called “List 4 Less,” but the way they display the logo, it looks like “Listless.” I wondered why anyone would do business with—oh, never mind.

Do you dislike pterodactyls?

"Do you dislike pterodactyls?"

Hmm. Well, no, I don't dislike them, but I find them way too chewy and stringy to suit me.

Simple mathematical progression suggests that all the Castle residents at that point will look like HK, DC, or me. No necks, big feet, poodle hair ... but they’ll be smart!

It’s more than simple evolution. At first there will be progress, perhaps remarkable progress.

Maybe even machines will become advanced enough to start evolving too.

But eventually, there has to be a collapse. The system will break down. Everything will fall back to a minimal level, and the populations will become isolated.

That’s where the real changes start happening.

Time is an awesome hammer.

.

Hmm.

That makes a good working title.

How about Pterrierdactyls? I hear they have a fondness for oranges, which make them more tender.

You can expect something to be unpredictable.

But,

You can’t predict something to be unexpected.

"When you start expecting unpredictability, that's when everything begins to go horribly wrong."

Literally anything could happen. Or not.

We don’t have vending machines that believe they are Napoleon and that they must defeat the soda machine down the hall.
Give a vending machine an AI and then leave it alone for several millenia, and it would get even worse.

Lower, I’ve seen cats melting at 98 degrees while complaining loudly that the humans aren’t altering the weather sufficiently for their tastes.

Abney Park- Beautiful Decline

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKeKKTK8A1o

Fingers of rust gently intertwine
Lace the seams of sacrifice in beautiful decline
Catalysis of creations of all that was mankind
Pull our corruption towards nature,
The state that’s predefined

Rust forms, bringing it all down
Wood rots, and into the ground
Flesh falls; life’s decomposed
Then nature’s again exposed

All that floats upon the sea, all that hangs in the air
All that sits in dust or dirt eventually ensnared
The gentle touch of time will take you unaware
Pulling all creations down, an elegant affair

Rust forms, bringing it all down
Wood rots, and into the ground
Flesh falls; life’s decomposed
Then nature’s again exposed

Rust forms, bringing it all down
Wood rots, and into the ground
Flesh falls; life’s decomposed
Then nature’s again exposed

Pleasant patina pulls apart a holy copper shrine
Like gently creeping mossy claws, scarring all divine
All the things you think you value, including the gift of life
Slowly, gently fall apart, ‘til the world is right

Rust forms, bringing it all down
Wood rots, and into the ground
Flesh falls; life’s decomposed
Then nature’s again exposed

Rust forms, bringing it all down
Wood rots, and into the ground
Flesh falls; life’s decomposed
Then nature’s again exposed

Rust forms, bringing it all down
Wood rots, and into the ground
Flesh falls; life’s decomposed
Then nature’s again exposed

Rust forms, bringing it all down
Wood rots, and into the ground
Flesh falls; life’s decomposed
Then nature’s again exposed

My ongoing obsession. Steampunk. Abney Park is kind of the premiere steampunk band. I bought "The Vault" for my birthday. Everything they have recorded since the late '90s. Some real gems in there.

The more I poke around, the more I think Kalifornistan and New Yawk have ruined the music industry. Some of these smaller Indie bands are far superior, musically speaking, to anything being massed produced today.

Used to be there was a cable TV station that would play new music video's from all kinds of bands. Even smaller Indie bands. They stopped playing music and now only do reality TV I think...

Go figure...

A couple of other bands that I've found interesting are The Cog is Dead, The Ghosts Project, and Beats Antique.

Beats Antique- Revival
