Or, remember the weapon was Kel-Tec brand which is not known for its functional reliability! Also, "bullets" don't load by themselves. A round (or a cartridge) is chambered.

So there didn’t have to be a fight to grab the gun. Other evidence would have to be analyzed to know that - such as fingerprints on the gun, the angle of the shot, etc.

Thanks for clarifying. I’m definitely not an expert on guns so the more information others can add, the better.
