I read the details you provided, and (if true) I am sorry that the Chicken Man was treated this way. It still remains clear though that Chicken Man was emotionally and dangerously unstable. Thank God he had no cache of weapons and amo; he could have taken out innocent lives at the time he snapped and blew himself to hell.
