... it was a group teenagers pool hopping in Rowan’s back yard... Rowan thought one of them was approaching him and shot him. The Trayvon shooting is very similar... Zimmerman said Trayvon attacked him then shot him.

The only similarity is that both Rowan and Zimmerman shot an unarmed teenager. Rowan was on his own private property when he pulled the trigger; Zimmerman was on public property whan he killed the kid. Rowan's victim was actually commiting a crime; Zimmerman's victim medrely "looked suspiscious." Rowan did not chase his victim to initiate a confrontation after the police told him to back down; Zimmerman apparently pursued Trayvon AFTER THE POLICE TOLD ZIMMERMAN TO BACK DOWN as Trayvon was running away from Zimmerman towards the rear exit to the the neighborhood.

The difference was Carl was arrested and tried.

THAT is what is pissing everyone off. They let this guy go with his weapon. I know in most places the gun would have been taken as evidence until the end of the investigation.

These yahoos screwed up big time—but it appears they are doing it correctly now. But the mobs don’t care.
