One of their worst attempts [and I refuse to watch it] was the revised Honeymooners.

It does make one wonder, because most of these attempts to re-do classics end up financial failures.

It’s the same in music. I think it was coldplay: the first time i was forced to hear it I thought it was U2. I’m sure there are myriad other examples but I don’t listen to the popular soundtrack anymore.
