Mike Evans said in a radio interview that HI Gov Neil Abercrombie told him he went to both hospitals with a search warrant and was not able to find birth records for Obama.
A search warrant would overrule HIPAA. So would a subpoena.

Now see, THAT is what I would call PROOF, except for one thing. It is "Hearsay." If it could be VERIFIED, then it would be proof, but the statement of someone regarding the actions of another is second hand testimony, and is not really proof.
Is there a way we can verify whether or not a search warrant was actually issued, and that the Hospitals admit to having no records?
We need to be very careful about repeating things which are not proven, but if they are proven, we need to cite the proof which verifies them. If this has been proven, it needs to be circulated widely. However, I don't think Mike Evans saying so is proof. He recanted about what he said regarding Gov Abercrombie not being able to find a birth certificate, so in any arena of public scrutiny, his credibility has been compromised.
I would love for this to be true though.
