The proprietor, Maurice Bessinger, had his famous Carolina Gold BBQ sauce and others on sale at almost every grocery store in the state—then he took a stance of respect for the noble heritage represented by the Confederate Battle flag. The racism hustling Left was not amused.
Now only little country stores here and about sell his sauce.
Fresh Air BBQ, outside Jackson, Georgia, is mighty fine, too.
