A few days ago, a few congresswomen were confronted on film and asked to condemn the remarks of Bill Maher, who called Sarah Palin a c*nt and dumb tw*t. I've see three with the deer in the headlights look - Pelosi, Schakowsky, and Jackson Lee. None of them would make a comment. How difficult is that? The question is significant, since Maher has given a million bucks to the Obama SuperPac. How can Obama keep the money?
I had to get it from Jackson Lee's office, so I made the call. The guy who answered knew nothing of his boss's capture on video of the offensive words by Maher. Unfortunately, he would not connect me to anyone, and could only take a message. He got an earful, including the words unredacted. Maybe as a teenager or fraternity days, I might have used those words, but never to a woman. It was locker room talk.
I let the male phone answerer know that I was writing a piece about several congresswomen, including Jackson Lee, and as much as I don't like the words, if she thinks they are okay, I am going to use them. Maybe she will grow weary of being called those names. Maybe not.
You did good. Thank you.
Keep us posted.
It would be a challenge for them to argue that Bill Maher is not the de facto head of the democrat party. They say Limbaugh is not just an entertainer. What then is Maher?

Just made the same call to Shakowsky’s office. The guy who answered claimed he didn’t know about a video in which she refuses to condemn Maher. I told him I am writing an article about her, so I guess I it is okay to call her a c*nt and dumb tw*t. He said he would pass it on.
Rep. Schakowsky Statement on Disrespectful and Inappropriate Attacks Against Sandra Fluke
WASHINGTON, DC (March 2, 2012) Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) released the following statement today in response to the disrespectful and inappropriate attacks leveled on Georgetown University law student Sandra Fluke who testified at a hearing held by the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee on the issue of womens health last week:
I strongly condemn the personal and vicious remarks made by Rush Limbaugh and conservative commentators this week about Sandra Fluke, a heroic young woman who is speaking out for her peers about their right to birth control. The behavior of those leaders from the right can only be classified as misogynistic, offensive, and a deliberate attempt to distract us from the legitimate argument about the consequences of limiting access to contraception. Rush Limbaugh repeatedly used sexually-charged, patently offensive, and obscene language to malign Sandras character.
I stand with Sandra. Sandra represents millions of women, and men, who recognize that women should have the right to determine what is best for them and that there should not be barriers or hurdles that women have to get past in order to get the health care services they need. Her willingness to step forward and be part of the public debate should be applauded not vilified. Her voice and the voices of millions of women across the country will not be silenced by bullies who seek to slander them into silence.
This looks important. Pinging for after work video viewing.
When we control the WH, the House, and the Senate, we have to repeal the VRA. It’s only because of these mandated “majority-minority” districts that idiots like SJL and most of the black caucus, get elected, and keep on getting re-elected..
The Schakowsky guy is lying, she appeared on the Ed Schultz show March 8, and was specifically asked about the video:
Nice stance if:
Same person also mentions other women slandered, especially if they are public figures. Read: Palin, Malkin and Ingrahm as examples.
If this person does not include them, then he is implying that "will not be silenced by bullies who seek to slander them into silence" slander is OK.
Which is it, Bro?
Your website YOUTUBE is now being diverted to Jacksonlee website.

Hi from a comedian. I am not Bill Maher, but have appeared at a couple small venues.
Since you would not condemn Maher for calling Gov Palin a c*nt and dumb tw*t, it is apparently okay. I am working on an act to call you a c*nt and dumb tw*t. I presume you have no problem with that. Right?
It seems to me then, that we may apply these same words to some of our female Democrat leaders. (Well, and to Barney Frank too!)
