Among the records missing for Barack Obama that would be available for an ordinary president are passport records, school records such as those from Punahou, Occidental, Columbia and Harvard, Harvard Law Review writings, scholarly articles for the University of Chicago, state bar association records from Illinois, Illinois state senate records, the marriage and divorce documents for his mother, his adoption records and others.
Now it has been revealed that the Cold Case Posse assembled by Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Ariz., cannot confirm yet that Obama was not born in Kenya and brought to the United States as a days-old infant for his birth to be registered in Hawaii.
The reason? Missing records.
the problem is he was selected/elected WITHOUT A SINGLE OF HIS VOTERS WONDERING WHERE HE WAS BORN...
to think that there STILL is no law requiring an original birth certificate to run for federal office is just mind blowing..
Sheriff Joe said probable cause that at least two crimes were committed not beyond a reasonable doubt and not who fabricated the forgeries...
“I doubt he was born in Kenya.
I think there is a very good chance he was born in Canada, in British Columbia.”
***************************************************
Question — upon what do you base your “thinking” that there is a “very good chance” he was born in British Columbia? Or can I put that down as just some smoke being blown to serve as a distraction?
“And stop insulting people who are far more knowledgeable about this than you. Calling people nuttier and birthers doesn’t make you smart.”
*************************************************
+1
I agree that such very specifically TARGETED name calling does not make one smart. It is more likely that it identifies such a person as:
1. Willfully IGNORANT and/or
2. GULLIBLE and/or
3. Possessing a LOW IQ and/or, AND MOST LIKELY,
4. a troll attempting to do his/her part to silence people
I’m just sayin’— and being honest with what my opinion is.
!
I wonder if any body can check the ins records for Vancouver-to-U.S. entries for that time frame?
Would be interesting.
Question:
On what do you base the British Columbia angle?
We MUST be Breitbart.
We must INSIST on vetting this guy NOW.
Ann and her newborn son flew from Nairobi to London, via BOAC Flight BA162 and then took the non-stop BOAC flight from London to Vancouver, Canada. She then traveled the 110 miles or so, across the border, to Seattle in time to start Fall Semester, night-school extension classes at the University of Washington.
The trip would be challenging for a new mother, but she was young, healthy, intelligent, and capable. BOAC was very accomodating to mothers with young children back in the 1960s. No real problem!
From the Airline Timetable Images - List of Complete Timetables, the cost of BOAC from April 24,1960 until October 1, 1962 was:
Stanley Ann started college in sept 1961 in Seattle right after obama’s birth in august. Her friends there (she graduated from high school in Seattle) saw her there with a baby barack that she didn’t know how to care for yet. One babysat for her while she attended classes.
In those days it was common for a girl in trouble in seattle to go away to one of the two unwed mother’s homes in Vancouver. Stanley Ann probably intended to give her baby up for adoption and then changed her mind. She didn’t realize she was too young to confer American citizenship on her baby. It explains his documentary problems. It’s really occam’s razor, since seattle is the only place mom and newborn Barack were ever seen.
Thanks for the info!
Post #18 of the first link has a passenger list from that era.
What we need is an authentic list like this one showing 0 and his mom going from Kenya to wherever in 1961.
Hopefully sheriff Joe has something like this.... his posse didn’t limit their investigation to the u.s. area.
If Obama's Occidental records show that he was enrolled as a foreign student and that he received college loans that were only meant for foreign students, then Occidental College in California will live in shame and disgrace for the rest of time.
I make the statement above for this reason: If Occidental College officials did not put pressure on Obama to release his Occidental records during Obama's past and present presidential campaigns by hiding behind privacy laws, then they deserve all the scorn and ridicule that they will receive from an angry public for the rest of time.
Also, if Occidental College in California officials and their lawyers did not search for every loop hole in privacy laws in order to release Obama's records so that they could save this country from having a liar and a fraud in the White House---can Obama still practice law in Illinois?---then I say that Occidental College and its officials deserve nothing less than outright eternal condemnation for all time.
Many thanks for the info; I wonder if ancestry.com has entry data for Vancouver-to-u.s. for august 1961but time frame?

Also if anybody else came thru Vancouver port of entry around august 1961 and o’s minions try to scrub THAT too, then i wonder if those folks would be an aggrieved party if they hit roadblocks on account of not being able to get their records. Maybe have ‘standing’.
That’s tagline material. Can I steal it? :)
Speculation regarding the possible flight by Ann Dunham with her new baby boy, BHO-II, in mid to late August 1961 from Embakasi Airport, Nairobi to London Airport (North Side)
Based on the April 24, 1960 BOAC schedule (Section: Britain East & Central Africa) linked below, it is possible, for example, that Ann Dunham and her new baby took BOAC Flight BA162 (Sunday or Wednesday) in August 1961 on a Bristol Britannia Turboprop Aircraft which departed Nairobi at 20.30 (GMT +3), made stops in Entebbe, Khartoum, and Rome, and arrived in London at 12.35 (GMT +1) on the next day. Thus, the total flight time was just slightly over 18 hours. Two main meals and a breakfast were served on the flight. Britannia Flight BA160 (Thursday or Saturday), another possibility, did not stop in Entebbe and therefore arrived in London a few hours earlier.
As another possibility, Ann and her newborn son could have taken BOAC Flight BA116 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) on a 'de Havilland Comet 4 Jet Aircraft', which departed Nairobi at 3:35 (GMT+3), made stops only in Khartoum and Rome, and arrived in London at 14.15 (GMT+1). The total flight time for this option was just slightly under 13 hours. A breakfast and a main meal were served on the flight. Comet 4 Flight BA122 (Wednesday), another possibility, had the same flight time of slightly under 13 hours.

The ad shown in the video linked below was probably produced in about 1964 when the new BOAC VC10 aircraft was first introduced into the fleet serving Kenya and other locations in Africa. Ann and BHO-II would not have traveled in this aircraft but I think the film does give a good picture of the high level of customer service provided by the BOAC flight crews in the 1960s. Note the stewardess handling the baby bottle at about the 0.10 mark and then interacting with the new mother and her child at about the 0.32 mark.

Based on the April 24, 1960 BOAC schedule (Section: Europe - Britain - Ireland - Canada - USA) linked below, it is possible, for example, that Ann Dunham and her new baby son took Trans Canada Flight TC541 (Wednesday) in August 1961 on a Lockheed Super Constellation which departed London (North Side) at 17.00 (GMT +1), made stops in Glasgow, Scotland, Winnepeg, Canada, and arrived in Vancouver at 7.40 (GMT -7) on Thursday morning. Thus, the total flight time for the trip was just slightly under 23 hours.

Did Ann Dunham and her newborn son, BHO-II fly back through Vancouver or San Francisco? It now seems we just don't have enough information yet to make an accurate guess.
Note on Page 14 of the below linked INS Records for Barack H. Obama Sr., provided by Heather Smathers, that he lists BOAC as the airline on which he first traveled to the USA from Kenya and that his port of entry was New York City back in 1959 Based on this information, I think it is likely that he would have recommended BOAC as the airline of choice for his wife (?) Ann Dunham to take from Kenya back to the USA following the birth of BHO-II at the CPGH in Mombasa.

I just finished reading the new e-book titled, A Question of Eligibility by Jerome R. Corsi and Michael Zullo, which is available on Amazon.com. The following are excerpts from Chapter 4, INS Passenger Records: Foreign Flights into Hawaii, page 23:
To date, investigators have not been able to locate the relevant airline passenger flight manifests for 1961.
In the process of the search however, investigators did locate records of cards the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service required for all passengers including both U.S. citizens and foreign citizens to fill out and file with passport control when arriving in Honolulu from a foreign city of origin.
Microfilm records of INS cards for passengers arriving in New York on foreign files in 1961 have been found in the National Archives only recently: consequently these records have not yet been examined.
Thus, it appears that the missing records for the dates August 1, 1961 through August 7, 1961 inclusive, as reported in the March 1st press conference, are pertinent only to flights arriving in Honolulu. I based my original speculation on the belief that Mr. Zullos team had examined the INS card records for passengers arriving anywhere in the USA, not just Honolulu.
I dont see why Ann and her newborn child would need to fly all the way from London to Honolulu and then take a return flight back to Seattle in time to start fall semester night school extension courses at the University of Washington. Why not just go from London directly to Vancouver and then make the relatively short trip of 141 miles or so to Seattle.
Furthermore, it now seems possible that Ann, instead of flying from London to Vancouver, could also have flown from London to New York, prior to continuing on to San Francisco in mid to late August 1961.
We will just have to wait and see if Mr. Zullo and the Cold Case Posse can obtain any useful information from an examination of those INS cards of passengers arriving in New York before we can get a better picture of just which route Ann and baby BHO-II took from Mombasa back to Seattle.
I still think the BOAC flight from London to Vancouver is the most logical route choice!
Sure, I saw it somewhere, probably a post here on FR.
Interesting.
You reek of obot.
This is an extremely interesting tidbit.
Does anyone know (for a fact) if all the other 1961 records (all 51 weeks), and 52 consecutive weeks of 1960 and 1962 are present?
USG had kickass clerks in 1960-62, so it’s reasonable to believe these missing records are significant, but who really knows?
