I know enough latin to get advocate and grave or dead out of the name.

I had 7yrs of Latin and 2yrs of Classical Greek, back in the 60s, so my vocabulary is a tad rusty.

But, near as I can come, I think it means “Advocate/Defender of The Holy Sepulcher”.
