I had 7yrs of Latin and 2yrs of Classical Greek, back in the 60s, so my vocabulary is a tad rusty.

But, near as I can come, I think it means “Advocate/Defender of The Holy Sepulcher”.

I don’t have any formal training in Latin but I grew up in a family of readers and had decent teachers in school. An interest in science helps due to the fact that Latin is the language of science.
