It is clear that the Maricopa Sheriff's Department already believe that the documents are now proven to be forged and fraudulent. They now have a "person of interest" who they want to talk to in connection with the forgery, but they are not at this point making any accusations, and don't appear to have a suspect. Whether the "person of interest" ends up being a suspect, or is ever charged, remains to be seen.
I’m assuming their “person of interest” is the one whose computer it was on just prior to being uploaded to the WH website.
