Hill is more concerned about herself. She doesn't seem to care about the dog, Tasha, who probably wondered around for weeks, searching for her home and family. Although dogs can adapt well to new owners, as long as they are loved, fed, and kept comfortable...they do remember the ones they've lost. And I am sure Tasha would be very happy to be reunited with the people she lived with for seven years of her beautiful life. Shame on Hill for being so stubborn and thinking only of her own desires.
