1. Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes.' So how can the Obama 'birth certificate' state he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used at that time?
2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in " Kenya , East Africa ". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the " British East Africa Protectorate".
3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital ". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

The first two items won’t get much mileage. The BC says ‘African’...not ‘African American’....and its plausible. I have also researched the Kenya issue...and the region was called Kenya long before it became official. The last item, I don’t know.

The hospital name has come up before and I don't remember exactly, but again there is conflicting reports on the name and there were more than one locations. It's nothing.

I do not believe the BHO birth story, and from what I see, the latest “birth certificate” has been judged to be a fraud.

Setting aside for the moment internet gestated falsehoods and any arguments about Natural Born Citizen status requiring two citizen parents or any of that jazz, the idea of a man holding the presidential levers of power being so contemptuous of the American electorate that he's unwilling (presuming that he's not unable) to quell this controversy once and for all speaks volumes about his integrity and honor, or lack thereof, at the very least. Remind me again what poliical mileage "Obama" garners from evading closure on this item versus practicing honesty. I find it a dubious proposition at best, that this guy thinks that he earns more mileage from continuing to dodge, obfuscate and spend vast sums hiding his past, including the unvarnished truth of his nativity than he would by being on the up and up with the citizenry.
Does this behavior not seem suspicious to you at all? Really? Do you not think that the electorate deserve to know beyond doubt that the person vested with command of our armed forces is indubitably eligible to wield such power?
If you do think that we deserve to know for certain that the CIC of our armed forces is qualified to hold office, then I would ask: Why is the ballot box seemingly the only recourse? Vote tallies should not trump the Constitution, else we're a nation of merely mob rule, where public sentiment in any given election cycle trumps the rule of law, and candidates for office can blow off subpoenas issued by legally invested offices of sovereign states (Georgia, et al) with impunity, and post "credentials" online and have them accepted as bona fide documents.
Which is it? Are we a nation of laws, or of men? Inquiring minds want to know.
They are red herrings that go no where. The parents names, birthdates, birth place, race on a birth certificate are what is reported to the hospital by the parents. So either Barack Sr or Ann Dunham reported Barack Sr’s race as “African” and birth place as “Kenya, East Africa”. The hospital wouldn’t have questioned it, checked it or changed it. A man from Africa wouldn’t have called himself a Negro.
Orly’s strategy of calling the birth certificate a forgery is a failed strategy. No one has found any reasonable proof Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii to Barack and Ann Obama. It’s the two citizen parent requirement strategy that has legs. If Irion and Hatfield had argued it well in Georgia, or just taken the default judgement that Malihi offered, two-citizen parents would be taking off across the country. But now the obots have Wong Kim Ark and Ankeny linked into Malihi’s decision. That’s going to make it difficult to mount more challenges based on two citizen parents.
It’s time to move this thing to the legislature. Start a drive to write an amendment to the Constitution that defines natural born citizen as a person born in the US to two citizen parents. It could be ratified by November if people would really lobby their state legislatures and Congressmen.

how can they expect law abiding citizens to continue to follow the law... when they themselves won’t follow the most simplistic law there is (check his id)
we’re not talking about enforcing a 2400 page healthcare system (scam)... it’s a single line. people have their ids checked every time they board an aircraft.
how can they expect us to continue to follow a system of laws they won’t uphold themselves???
checking an id doesn’t cost them anything to comply with... unlike article 16 which has us forking over 1/2 our income in compliance
