Winning 46% of the vote in MN and a whopping 55% in bellweather MO, the question now is whether Santorum is now the real alternative to Romney?
This has Santorum with three wins: IA,MN,MO!!!!!! But Romney may steam roller him in the two big states coming up in AZ and MI
Its early but he has a big lead in Colorado as well.
Waiting on Colorado. A trifecta would be so good.
All I heard today was how Team Romney was trying to “tamp down expectations.”
Geez I wonder why? LOL!
ping to a Santorum butt kicking.
Santorum should ignore Michigan like he did Nevada and focus on other states which aren’t completely in the tank for Romney.
As soon as Romney
Is not “inevitable”
He sinks like a stone.
Fill in the blank: I am eager to vote for Romney because he is “_____________”.
If you can’t fill in “electable”, what other reason is there?
Not really since Santorum’s appeal is to blue-collar manufacturing Reagan Democrats. He needs to make a showing. But ironically, Romney now needs Gingrich to stay in the race!!

Nothing is inevitable but death and taxes. Romney can be beaten if conservatives care enough to make it happen.
I’d say he is the conservative alternative. I also wonder to what extent has the fight that Obama picked with the Catholic Church helped Santorum.
Wow! Congratulations Rick Santorum!
What are you saying? If Gingrich stays in the race he’ll just be helping Romney win? PSHAW!?
;-)
FReepmail Antoninus to be added or removed.
At some point, we need to stop splitting the conservative vote. Gingrich trails women voters by over 20-points and Gallup shows Obama whopping Gingrich by over 12 points and Santorum by only 4 points. Whom would you rather choose?

At this time with .82% of precincts in Colorado reporting in:
Santorum at 48.88%
