A potentially habitable alien planet one that scientists say is the best candidate yet to harbor water, and possibly even life, on its surface has been found around a nearby star. The planet is located in the habitable zone of its host star, which is a narrow circumstellar region where temperatures are neither too hot nor too cold for liquid water to exist on the planet's surface.

WOW a lot of negative posts. I had to check to make sure I was still on the FR due to the lack of intelligent life.
All you have to do is look at our planet to know life CAN survive in environments completely hostile to humans.
Why is it so difficult to believe life could exist on other planets with more/less gravity, more/less light (happens here), more/less heat (happens here)?
Do you actually think our creator was limited to one planet in the entire universe? If he can create life from a liberal he can create life from nothing.

Review what Freepers have commented on. I didn’t see anyone questioning the possibility of life on another world. Rather they seem to be either discussing the sensational nature of the article’s title or were trying to be humorous in their own Freeper way.
Kidd, I guess we just read differently. There were many references to why life could NOT exist IMO but without asking each poster what they meant you have as much of a chance being right as do it.
