Well that lasted exactly 3 days.
I was happy initially to believe I had found a replacement for my Drudge link.
This morning, I clicked on my "replacement", and it's like Drudge all over again. But with less oomph.
No thanks.

I peeked once at Drudge in the last 48 hours. He was mocking Newt over Cain’s endorsement(Cain endorsing Newt instead of Colbert).
Redstate for opinion, Parcbench for culture/media stuff, CNS News for headline news.

Seriously, I wonder how Mark is going to keep defending his friend Drudge when people are seeing a clear anti-Gingrich slant? Just asking.

I now have two “Drudge” links, in place of my former favorite.
The first link in the same dropdown location, now says “DRUDGE REPORT NOT! - Headlines (CNS)”
The second right below it, now says “DRUDGE REPORT NOT! - Opinion (Redstate)”
I can do without the culture/media stuff, thanks all the same.

If we keep this up, no one is going to agree with anyone else about ANYTHING! Reminds me of the old saying (very paraphrased) “everyone’s wrong except me and thee, and I’m beginning to wonder about thee”
Why not just stick with FreeRepublic and get rid of the middle-man?

It’s not about being harmed.
It’s about taking a principled stand. However symbolic it may be.
At least Townhall didn’t do the full on Newt dump-in fact they have had quite a few articles defending him (or even promoting him over RINOmy). I know they’re still Rino/establishment, just standing up for them in this instance.

There's a lot of that going around this year.
Write your own blog then read it back to yourself. That way you can always be assured that you’re reading articles that you agree with.
