Perspective is everything. If you can't get any more drunk than drunken and we set Obama to be the current drunken sailor, then Dubya was spending like some tight-fisted old maid aunt. Or, if you want to keep Dubya as the drunken sailor with his increasingly small yearly deficits until the Democrats took over both houses of Congress, then Obama would have to be the entire Pacific fleet of drunken sailors.
