Hi, FReeper Friends. Hope this new year finds you and yours well.
I have some cyberstalkers/cyberbullies coming here and cutting and pasting comments, then taking them to other websites, calling FR a 'hate site' full of 'hate speech'-here's a comment from a hater hiding behind a 'sock puppet' front attacking me for being a Christian conservative & for the 'extreme' views of FR (I'm CJ):
"Yes, we should all live up to these ideals, but particularly those who claim to be Christians. So when you reflect upon your documented comments that bash whole groups of people - homosexuals, people who don't share your admiration for Kate, immigrants, democrats, mothers who choose to speak frankly with their children about sex... please keep this in mind. Walk the walk, CJ. Because until you do, you'll never find happiness. And Karma will continue to bend you over and make you its b***h." (I added the astericks in the curse word. "Kate" refers to Kate Gosselin, from a reality show. These cowards are attacking me & FR because they hater her and her fans/supporters, ).
So, since they twist every response I make, I thought I would ask my fellow FReepers what FR means to YOU. I know there will be some interesting responses! :-) Thanks!

For Conservatives, the rules are different. Any human failing by a Conservative can be ascribed to either "hate" or "hypocrisy" or both.
Free Republic is one of the few places where a Conservative can come and speak freely. The Left is outraged that such a thing is possible, and they desperately want to stamp such things out of existence. They would shut us up in the name of Free Speech. They would march us off to the camps and the ovens, because we are so full of hate.
Is that a fütbol uniform you’re wearing?

This is true, IF these attacks were not intruding on my real life. :-\ There’s some legal stuff going on in the background, just wanted to reaffirm my belief that FR is the BEST conservative website on the internet! :-)
