Verizon is just evil.

In January I signed up for a little advertised $67 for a Triple Play deal, and they tried NOT to give me the price. I told them I would send them the screen shot of their ad. Finally after 4.5 hours with many CS reps they said I could have it.

The NEVER charged me less than $125 (usually significantly more!). Finally in October I told several CS reps on the phone that I was going to start a web site and a campaign to being this to the publics attention what they did.. and I had saved all the screen shots and bills to prove it.

In November I got a note via email that one of the vice presidents had heard of my "concerns" and had issued a refund of $235 for the year to date. That it was nice but hardly made up for the several hundreds of hours I had spent disputing them and their practices.
