Is it? I would actually prefer to buy the frozen concentrate simply because you can make it when you need to (that is, I keep it in the freezer and try to buy it on sale).

Frozen concentrate is made from freshly squeezed juice. Because it's frozen so soon after processing (the concentration), there is less time for oxidation and vitamin loss.

Thank you, Aruanan. I am sticking with the frozen. It is just way more convenient for me and it is a bonus that there is less oxidation and vitamin loss!
