Maybe the Beach Boys can dig up Carl for a cameo song the way the Beatles did with John.
Al Jardine did something like that last year with good results. He found an unfinished track of Carl’s called “Don’t Fight the Sea,” added his vocals and invited Brian Wilson and Mike Love in to complete the track. Sounds like it could have been recorded in ‘63. It’s here:
