It is. They're told to always have a years supply. Everyone in the church is suppose to be prepared. It's a Mormon belief.

The government has no business getting involved in their practice. This is their belief, their money, their time, their property.

I think this is nanny (communist) government trying to make sure no one has more than their "fair" share. There are democrats out there who demand to be fed. With the bad economy, someone has to be held responsible. Someone has to pay for the democrats lack of self accountability!

It's only "fair" if the Mormons work their butts off - the democrat freeloaders get to eat.

I would say they are picking the Mormons first because its easier to get - whatever their agenda is - started! They know the Mormons have large amounts of food stored away. This is pretty scary and we could guess all day long what their motivation is and we’d probably all be right.

I suspect there are lots of freepers that would welcome this question at their own front doors! Including this one!
Be nice to see more reporting on it - is it happening just to the Mormon community and is it happening nationwide?
