Obama: I‘ve Done More for Israel’s Security Than Any Other Administration

President Barack Obama said Wednesday he has done more for Israel’s security than any other administration, and vowed no ally is more important to the U.S. than the Jewish state.

“I try not to pat myself too much on the back, but this administration has done more for the security of the state of Israel than any previous administration,” Obama said.

Speaking to prominent Jewish supporters at a New York City fundraiser, Obama said there is “enormous tumult” in the Middle East because of the Arab Spring, but that the U.S. stands firmly “on the side of democracy” and on Israel’s side, ABC reported.

“Whether it’s making sure that our intelligence cooperation is effective, to making sure that we’re able to construct something like an iron dome so that we don’t have missiles raining down on Tel Aviv, we have been consistent in insisting that we don’t compromise when it comes to Israel’s security,” Obama said.

I have no idea which president has done more for Israel but I doubt very seriously it is Obama.

I do recall something from 1973 or maybe it was late 1972. Our geography class took a field trip to Mobile. While there we visited the state docks. We were amazed to see literally hundreds of tanks and other armored vehicles being loaded onto ships.

Our professor asked me and another student to ask where they were going. We did ans it was Israel. I thought to myself there must literally be billions of dollars worth of equipment right there.

In Obama's twisted way of thinking he has done more for Israel than any other president. Jimmy Carter would probably strongly agree, because he shares the same self-righteous hubris. Obama has been trying to force Israel to consider doing "the right thing." In his mind, that is going back to the 1967 borders and stop bothering their Islamic neighbors. If those neighbors use the advantage to drive the Jews into the sea, well, at least they will have lived up to their responsibility to exhaust every avenue of appeasement before taking up arms.

I agree.....Obama has done more for Israels security than any other president in history. Problem is his actions have not been positive....they have been more hurt than any other president. He just has visions of greatness. We have reality
