A great low budget movie about the voice of God being heard throughout the world on a radio broadcast. The main characters are named Mary and Joseph and are expecting a baby. Turner Classic today at 1:30 CST.
The first time I saw that movie, I was on the edge of my chair from beginning to end.
Thank you so much for the heads-up.
OH i have not seen this movie in years, voice of god on radio for 6 days.. very good movie
I only remember a few scenes. The one where the Russian tells his comrade to stop using a “detestable Ukrainian accent” stands out. BTW, no smoking around those tubes.
Thank goodness for my iPhone Dishnetwork App! I just set my DVR to record it!
It’s been available On Demand for a while now. Completely enjoyable.
TCM had another wonderfully delightful movie over the weekend I had never heard of before. A British movie called “The Life and Death of Col Blimp”. Has a young Deborah Kerr in it playing three different roles. A fun comedy/drama/romance about the life of a British officer from the turn of the century up until WWII. His lifelong love and his lifelong friendship with a German officer. If it comes on again, I highly recommend it.
Anne Frances Robbins?
I’m going to record it. Haven’t seen it in years, but won’t ever forget the first time I saw it on late show in the “60s. Yes, it IS a good one.
dont feel bad, I only remember the scenes when people are gathered by the radio to hear the voice
