In my opinion it’s the best and I’ve tried quite a few. Costco has recently started carrying it, before that I got it directly from their website. Oh, I do recommend a bit more ageing for max flavor.
Good to know. I tend to age brie and other soft ripened cheeses a bit before eating them. I’ll have to give this brand a try.
