Hey thanks for that link. One of the brewers said he could drink his home brew after ten days of fermentation. He must be Kegging his beer and carbonating it in the keg buy way of CO2 under pressure. Keg equipment is just a little to expensive for this homebrewer so it takes quite a bit longer for me to get my beer to a drinkable stage - more than a month or more.

My son used to make beer, but then he married a Baptist and had to give away all of his home brewing equipment.

Note reply above. It’s SNOWING here. ucky that they got my front door in this weekend. The trim is still not painted, but that will happen soon.
