Romney is going to have a field day with Texas educational standards. MA was ranked #1 in the country while Texas has some of the worst performing schools.

Where, by whom, and under what standard(s) was MA ranked #1?

Typically the states that rank #1 (by SAT scores/Graduation rates, etc) are in the Upper Midwest/Plains where there is virtually NO ‘diversity,’ and a smaller pool of students.

You may recall the idiotic argument during the WI brouhaha last winter that of course they have the best, most deserving of state largess, teachers in the country because they were #2 in the country, following closely behind IA at #1 ??
