To: God luvs America
A plane delay is not too much of a problem (I don't think), my concern is getting to the Philippine Consolate without getting ripped off by a hack whom decides to give me a tour.

Shuttles and trams work for me ... two adults, no baggage, in and out (after a few hours, I'll assume) and back home the same day.

LGA has express busses and shuttles that go right from the airport to Grand Central Station- very easy and i’ve taken them before...you can get the info right on the LGA site...if departure/arrival delays are not a concern definitely go with LGA- and i’ve flown from both a zillion times..

JFK is best for direct, long distance flights...
