He got up before putting his brain in gear. He did, however, show a lot of enthusiasm for Herman Cain - which was refreshing!

I saw the interview and thought it was pretty disjointed. The delay caused them to talk over each other, but overall it was really no big deal as far as his comment goes.
I think you take your chances when you ask Hank anything.
