Ohio’s sexual battery statute specifically states that the charge applies if “the other person is confined in a detention facility, and the offender is an employee of that detention facility.”
I can only imagine how much the poor guy she “battered” must be suffering! He’ll have to carry the memory of that encounter his whole life.

I feel sorry for the poor prisoner/victim. She was obviously in a position of authority (like a teacher or Bridget Neilson) and the poor prisoner/victim was helpless... At least that's the way it always is in all the prison exploitation movies I've watched.
