Ohio’s sexual battery statute specifically states that the charge applies if “the other person is confined in a detention facility, and the offender is an employee of that detention facility.”
I can only imagine how much the poor guy she “battered” must be suffering! He’ll have to carry the memory of that encounter his whole life.

Where in the article does it say the victim was a male? It doesn't even say which prison she worked at (which might be a clue).
