I never watched 'The Simpsons' on a regular basis but I did see some (predictable) left-wing bias in a few of the episodes I watched and that turned me off completely. Haven't even thought about this cartoon show for years, until now. I'm sure it's not a 'must-see' for most FReepers but there will always be defenders of just about anything and I expect they'll be along shortly.

Simpsons seasons 3-9 are just the absolute best!
It started to changed after Phil Hartman died it seems, but I quit watching altogether about 2 season premiers ago.
I tried to watch it, and as soon as a bunch of obviously democrat hippie characters started rapping about something, that was it for me.

I woke up about 15 years ago and stopped watching any entertainment based upon ‘shock’ value and/or making the dysfunctionality of the American family the topic of their jokes. From shows like the Family Guy to the Simpsons to the Howard Stern show they all lower the moral fabric of America and promote the liberal left-wing culture of hate and anti-family , anti-Life.
