Newt and Cain were both outstanding. MB and RS made me like them even less. Romney was smarmy. I wouldn’t buy a car from the guy. Perry was really off his game...he needs alot of work! I support him but he needs to get some practice in, quick. Nobody else on the stage matters enough to mention.

Agree. Really liked Newt and Cain but Newt is too cozy with the left for me. Remember the climate change ad with Pelosi? I like Cain, then Perry, Bachmann....

I find it very disconcerting when Perry is talking, then suddenly hesitates and locks up, like the train has left the station without him.

I agree with you. I love Newt’s fiesty retorts. Perry was awful! How can he defend $100k subsidy to illegals and education. Just absolutely awful. I don’t trust Romney. I like Cain a lot. Bachmann is done. Where’s Sarah? We need to see if she can handle Romney. If she can’t, we’ll be stuck with Romney.

Not knowing Perry from Adam I gave him three debates now to introduce himself to me and convince me he can beat Obama. He FAILED. Forget for a moment all his bad positions he has to defend, to me he comes across as a buffoon in the debates. He does not look comfortable at all, and he has a horrible time communicating a point.

Cain and Newt would be a dream team. Or add Palin in that mix if she jumps in.

Does it bother anyone that Romney supported class warfare with his $200,000 tax line to “help the middle class”?

He oozed liberal last night.

I love Herman Cain. (We may see him at a luncheon on Oct. 15 here in TN.) So far, I’ve have agreed with him 100% on all statements. Sadly, Hussein has ruined it for any black person to run/win in the near future. (Just as Bush ruined it for any Texan to run/win in the near future.)

Perry stumbled over his words, and rambled. It was so pitiful that I actually felt sorry for him for a nanosecond. His defense of taxpayers footing 100% of the bill for illegals’ college education, while Americans had to pay for theirs, was unacceptable! He’s just creepy; I don’t trust him.

Romney... “smarmy” is correct. He didn’t dispute his the Mass. version of Obamacare. Again: Creepy. Don’t trust him.

Newt kicked ass, but I don’t trust him to be this tough in the Oval Office. His desperate need to be liked and accepted by the hoity toity will influence his decisions, I believe. If he didn’t have the ex-wife baggage it would be better, but the dems will have that all over the MSM in a skinny minute if he were the candidate.

Ditto for Bachmann’s baggage — especially her husband’s vocation/avocation. She’s pretty good, but the dems would crucify her.

We’re waiting for the perfect candidate who can defeat Obama.
