Two weeks after my spinal fusion at L5-S1, I was walking up to two miles a day on my treadmill. Not bragging, that's just who we're wired I suppose.

THAT's impressive.

My doctor, a well known and respected Neurosurgeon who's surgically repaired the lower backs of several high-profile athletes such as Ozzie Guillen of the White Sox, (when he was playing) a few Chicago Bulls players and more sure didn't think so .... I can still hear his yelling ringing in my ears some 8 years later now.

If it weren't for that man's skilled hands, I likely wouldn't be walking at all.
