If so what did everyone think?
It appears that 768k DSL isn’t sufficient bandwidth. I wonder, why does he not offer a lower quality stream for poor DSL subscribers?
That doesn't change the fact that Glenn Beck is a phony.
Some things are deal killers.
When it counted the most, the Glenn Beck, who cries tears over the Constitution, the document he says he loves, he was dead on arrival.
Some things are deal killers.
I was mad too. I can recall thinking the exact same thing.
But you know what?
He’s right.
What “counted most” is that a free people willingly elected a man such as this.
It simply doesn’t matter if a judge removes him or not if the electorate is as stupid as it must be to have done this on its own free will.
If a free people is willing to elect a communist dictator, then no judge and no constiituion will save it.
Well....Not me. I do what I can. I take the primaries far more seriously now. Since we've had this usurper in office, I have voted against every incumbent in every primary from the lowest to the highest levels of government. I talk to my friends and neighbors so they can know the issues and recognize the names when they go to the polls.
All of the incumbents in my state are weenies.
As for Glenn Beck he can not be trusted. He proved that.
What does Glenn do or say that makes you hate him so much?
What has he done to bring this country to it’s knees?
Fact: Glenn Beck can not be trusted. It is a fact. It is not hate. When it comes to trust some things are deal killers.
I do not trust Glenn Beck. When it counted the most, he ( who cries over the Constitution) IGNORED Article 2 Section 1. Then when he did speak out he was very insulting to those who find extreme irregularities with Obama’s natural born citizenship, multiple social security numbers, FORGERIES, and now failure with E-verify.
As for you specific question: Hate? This is a strawman, and I can not defend a strawman of your creation. I do not hate Glenn Beck. It is also a, “When did you stop beating your wife?”, question.
I agree with you. That so many voted for Obama bodes ill for our nation because it is like pulling off a band-aid and finding putrefying gangrene underneath.
However.....The above does not negate the fact that Glenn Beck was silent on Obama’s eligibility when it could have made a difference and knocked Obama out of the race. Because of Obama we have soldiers who have needlessly died and millions out of work.
Then when Glenn Beck did speak out he was insulting to those who seriously have very good reason to question Obama’s eligibility, multiple social security numbers, his real name, citizenship status, FORGERIES, and now his failure to E-verify.
Glenn Beck can not be trusted and this has nothing at all to do with how people voted in the election.
For me how Glenn Beck handled Obama’s eligibility was a deal killer.
Personally, I don’t like the way Glenn handled it either.
There is no need to mock those who believe Obama is ineligibile. I don’t think Obama is eligible, therefore, I don’t like being mocked.
The person who personally convinced me that this issue isn’t going to be the issue that defeats Obama was Mark Steyn, who offered a much more reasoned opinion on why going after Obama on this angle isn’t productive.
So, I suppose I’m giving Glenn a pass on this, and I’m doing so because he is right on so many other things.
From what I have seen of the cases brought against Obama in this regard, it’s a futile effort. No judge is going to address this. Thusly, pursuing a futile effort in hopes of winning on that effort will result in a loss. Also, there are so many other routes to attack and defeat this man on other than his eligibilty.
All that being said, yes I believe he’s a fraud, and willfully ignoring that may come back to bite us in the end, but we, the people, ignored this eligbilty issue when we elected him, and that is the root of the problem.
However, I do respect your saying that Glenn’s treatment of this issue is a deal killer, that is your right. I’m still going to listen to Glenn on other subjects though. He’s smart, and he knows more than me. I do believe there is much I can learn from him, although he has angered me in the past.
Sorry....I do NOT respect for anyone who fails to speak out simply because some might laugh at them.
And...Beck didn't need to be insulting.
Some things are deal killers. Not that Beck cares, but personally I will never trust him again. He's a phony. A true patriot defends the Constitution, **ALL** of it!!
In the lower right border of the video screen is a menu for Video Quality. Default is high (HD) but you can slide the quality bar all the way over to the left for buffering-free standard-level quality.
We have GBTV, on Windows XP, but the CPU speed is burning up with the excessive Adobe Flash Player. Any techies out there that has an answer for the Flash Player high CPU resource use?
I just saw his ad on Fox News. Smart move, he can use Fox News studio to do his show and he uses Fox News to advertise his show on the internet. This way he has the potential for a very large tv type audience on the web. He is getting around the web problem of the needle in the hay stack as there are millions of websites and how do you let people know that you are out there. Beck found a really smart way out of this problem.
Great book on the House of Saud—”Secrets of the Kingdom” by Gerald Posner
Don’t you think that maybe even Rush is muzzled?
Good, I hope he is successful. I still wish Beck kept his Fox show in the afternoon the way it originally began. I really feel after his rally on the mall he became a little too preachy and apocalyptic. Either way, Beck is valuable voice, I like him, and I hope he is successful. If it sounds like his online thing is pretty decent, I'd probably be willing to pay the small monthly fee just to help him along.
I think he chooses not to talk about lots of stuff. But I do not consider that being muzzled. For instance, I don't recall him discussing much about gay marriage or gays in the military. He does not do too much on abortion.
I think he just knows what topics are going to end up being dead ends for his program and he avoids them.
I like Glenn and have learned so much from his shows. Now there is no advertising to interup the program.
