This is gonna be good! The EPA’s worried about dust in the air and now they found out that bacteria from dog poop is a hazard. I want to know how they’re going regulate that.

Yes, but they'll try to regulate the air rather than the poop because that will give them a greater measure of control.

That is an easy one.
It will be the dry poop that moves into the air not moist stuff. Which means regular clean up and that could be in-forced different means. One would be air samples near homes.
