Saw a big one the other night in northern Nevada. Great time of year for sky-watching.
I’m amazed at how clear the sky is 12 miles west of Las Vegas. In moonlight, the desert looks like daylight with stars in the sky, if exposed properly. Meteors are a bonus, but I doubt I’ll capture any this Thursday night.
Isn't it about time that somebody got rid of that sucker so that we can all enjoy the view?
