Afternoon to all of you at Amy's Place.
We have a nephew arriving home this week from Afghanistan.
While he was gone, his wife and kids created a picture of him and placed it on a stick. When ever they went out shopping, a movie, whatever, they took their stick soldier with them.
Mrsd and two of our daughters left this morning for Ft. Lewis near Tacoma, WA to greet him when he and his fellow soldiers arrive.
Some of us were unable to join them, so we created "Stick People" and a couple of banners to display at the home-coming.
The following is a pic of all of we "Stick People" who will be there too....
