Fox Philadelphia reporter Chris OConnell was reporting from a local home that held dozens of animals alive and dead along with disgusting odors and other delightful hoarder-y things. Apparently, the owner of the home had enough of people bashing his lifes work so, naturally, he attacked OConnell.
First you ruin the lives of many of our nations most adorable animals, then you attack our other most beloved housepet, the local news reporter? You went too far today, hoardo.
Frankly, Im shocked that someone who lived amongst animal corpses and his own feces for months would respond to adversity so poorly. Youd think youd be even tempered and well-adjusted living a life of joy and whimsy like that. Its like Pee-Wees Playhouse, only if Chairy was a confused alligator contemplating the best way to eat his owners face while hes asleep. Definitely a show Id watch.
Not anymore...
Male animal hoarder. Pretty rare specimen there. Almost all animal hoarders are unmarried women, generally in their 50s or above. Often not residing in the place where the hoarding is occurring. Usually male hoarders hoard inanimate garbage.
Let them not worry about my dog. I’ll be responsible for him.
Instead let them worry about our freedom and human rights - and their necks as we treat them like the dogs they really are. —— not all, just the majority.
We had a Chihuahua horder here in S.E. Michigan about a year or so ago who was a male.........
In defense of these people, they are mentally ill........
They don’t hoard in a building with other people. All the cases I’ve seen in my state is they rent a house somewhere, and that’s where the hoarding goes on. They live nearby or just across a county line (because often they move from county to county from past hoarding judgments against them, stating they aren’t allowed to have more than 2-3 animals in that specific county). So they will either have a hoarder home outside the county where they currently live, or move to another county and rent out another space for the animals they are hoarding.
The recitivism rate is 100% if they do not get psychological help.

Watched one on a male horder that hordered rats. He had thousands in his home and didn’t want to part with one. (that was just tonight.)
