There were NO CUTS in the bill! NONE!!!!! I am glad DeMint and Paul and others didn’t settle for being grouped with the RINOs!

To amend my previous post to you the last update supplied by (the most transparent U.S. government ever) was up to 2008 and they have not felt the need to update it yet but in 2007 Sept 27 the debt limit was raised to 9.815 trillion raised 890 bil. However the totus info says that when he took office the debt was 11 trl. According to Pravda US/MSNBC 7/08 to 10.62 tr. 10/08 to 11.32 tr. 02/09 to 12.1 tr. 12/09 to 12.4 tr. 02/10 to 14.3 tr. and the current raise to 16.7tr. The Dem controlled congress has raised it 5 times since Nov 06 and His OHness has gotten it raised 3 times at his request.

Not sure about the other 2.If I had to guess, and it's ONLY a guess, I'd say McCain and Graham. Both are stupid enough to do so.

There may not be another 2 because they said the vote was 57 to 43. There are 53 Dem senators so it would appear 4 Reps voted with them not 6

An apostrophe implies possession. As there is no apostrophe with the names, nor an “s”—I don’t understand your complaint.

Thanks! It has got to stop sometime. Why not today?

Ditto..
It irks me when someone interrupts a lively conversation to make a minor correction...

Which apostrophe are you complaining about? Rep’s? Perhaps you’ve heard of a contraction. I belivee the poster used a contraction for Representatives, which is incorrect in its own right as we are discussing the Senate. If you’re going to be an English Nazi, consider all usage cases.

As Margret Thatcher said “Socialism works great until you run out of other peoples money”. They have run out of ours, stop Now.

Thanks for the spelling lesson. Now how about taking a lesson in keeping on task, watching the ball in congress, and quit nit picking miniscule, non issue distractions.Spoken like a true illiterate teenager.
