The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.

Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'I’d rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'

He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.

The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

The use of jury consultants needs to be looked into. These jurors are less to blame than the consultant the defense used. Professional juries are an idea that we may need to take a look at.

And if this juror isn't being paranoid, the cops making arrests of anyone threatening jurors should help to take care of the problem.

The jury needs to be lynched along with the beast Casey Anthony.

I'm guessing you are trolling just a bit, but if not, you are the lone example of someone suggesting harm to any of the jurors. They are, however, getting lots of attention for being idiots.

With your attitude maybe you can get ALL of the yankees to stay away from FL and its tourist industry. Who wants to visit a swamp anyway. Twit.

Obama is not a Jury. I am surprised that Constitutional Conservatives would attack the Jury. Even the vaunted BOR is doing it. Hannity has it right and Rush thank God ignoring the case.

Funny how if you think justice wasn’t served in the Anthony verdict, you’re part of a “mob.” Meanwhile, I wonder how some of those people feel about being entirely clueless.

I agree. I find it interesting that many people are focused on the jury when it was the prosecution that clearly blew it. The voters in Florida need a new State’s Attorney.

I read that same article. Followed it as close as I could and got the same take. Don’t care what you have on them, if you can’t prove how the victim died you don’t have squat.

The prosecutor in I believe the closing argument also said ‘someone in that house killed Caylee’. Well ‘someone’ isn’t good enough, it was Casey who was on trial. All they could come up with on her was she was a bad mom (i.e. nuts and sluts).

Knew right there the case was blown on those three strikes.

Disgusting behavior, no doubt. All that proves is she’s a lowlife.

Was she involved in the baby’s death, probably. Did the prosecution prove it? no

My opinion is correct because its the jury’s opinion. For better or worse that is how our system works. They declared her not guilty. Move on or forget any notion about the rule of law.

OJ is innocent.
Abortion is found in the Constitution.
Governments have a right to take land from a citizen on behalf of a private developer.
Gays have a right to marry.
Arizona's immigration law is unconstitutional.

All of these have been found to be true by a court somewhere, so they must be correct, because they were the jury's opinion or the court's opinion. Thanks for setting me straight on this. I thought that sometimes people made mistakes in their judgment and that we had a right to question their judgment in those situations. I realize now (thanks to your brilliance) that the court is ALWAYS right.

Caylee opened the door under the sink..grabbed a garbage bag and the duct tape...walked to the swamp...dug a hole with her little hands..opened the bag..put her feet in..placed the duct tape over her mouth..closed the bag..and laid down in the small hole..and scooped the dirt over the bag..

Yeah that’s what happened..

This article assumes guilt by her co-workers. It says nothing about the fact her co-workers were threatening her.

All BS and all made up angst to get attention and money.

The jury here made a verdict, a lousy one, but it is final.

Now they can just shut the heck up and go back to work.

Their 15 minutes is over. I could care less what they think. They made the decision and they can live with it like everyone else has to.

Only if they go the hell back to whatever hellhole they came from.
LOL !!!!
Use to go to Fla. every June for Snook fishing, Goodland Island back in the sixty’s and seventies. The Yanks were taking over small town Gov. at that time, hate to see what it’s like now. Couldn’t travel the Tammy-Amy Trail due to the Northerners looking at birds and other nature related entities.

How do you tell a ‘Damn Yankee’ from someone who grew up in Florida?

They can read.

Yes, the entire world knows how much Michigan yankees value education...

(Detroit schoolbook depository).

I would be quite happy for all the “damn yankees” to move back to whence they came............I get so tired of “It was so great back in [PA,NY,NJ,MI,IL]”.

If it was so damn great, then why the hell did you leave?.....................
