Something that leaps out at you is this juror and others couldn’t or wouldn’t do their duty as jurors. She is using excuses; but one thing is clear these jurors for whatever reason did not do their duty.

Exactly. I believe she is also the same juror who said she already knew how she would vote BEFORE she "got deliberated."

She’s already had a makeover from an earlier appearance on FOX on Thursday. Getting ready to go big time? I saw her on Greta and wasn’t impressed.
I want to know where the “special charge” disappeared to which was part of the original indictment - who had care and custody of Caylee? I printed all the verdict sheets but when the verdict came in, I recycled them and I have no idea what I’ve printed on them by now. That was on one of the verdict sheets! It surprised me because it sure wasn’t one of the 7 charges that went to the jury.
It looks like I’ll be looking through the piles of printouts I have here now to satisfy my curiosity. It still won’t answer my question - where did it go?
Last night on Greta she had the prosecutor on. She asked him if he thought the tape was put on Caylee’s mouth or if it could have moved there over the time. His answer was YES that he agreed that with the body etc being covered with water for a time and animals rummaging around the tape could have moved there from somewhere else. There was no indication that the tape had actually been over her mouth
Now, if even the prosecutor himself is unsure of whether that tape was actually put over her mouth or not and no evidence of who put the tape there in the first place could you assume that maybe the jurors picked up on that? Whether or not you can, if there is doubt even in his mind as to the origin and placement of that tape would you be willing to convict? You see, that’s deductive reasoning.
I knew I heard something about this at the sentencing yesterday.

Got it - do not laugh! It was on the reverse side of the obituary this week of my sister in law. I said - DON’T LAUGH!
The charge was SPECIAL FINDING (as to count three):
We, the jury, find that Casey Marie Anthony WAS a caregiver for Caylee Marie Anthony at the time of the offense.
And the same clause but - WAS NOT a caregiver blah blah blah.
Where did that Special Finding disappear to?

Of course it is. Even the prosecutor himself doesn’t know how she died, admits he doesn’t know if the tape was actually over the mouth when she died, even putting dryer sheets or laundry detergent in you trunk will produce indications of chloroform and the detection device they used wasn’t even peer reviewed or proven anyway, and no one analysed the trash in the trunk to make sure that’s not where the smell could have come from. But by all that’s holy you know beyond a reasonable doubt even though you didn’t sit where those jurors sat.
Have you heard anything about the photos taken from th Anthony’s that are sealed?

Remeber the lady with the blck hair who was trying to get the judge to meld all of the charges into one. She was reading things off and something caught me. it was fast, but I think I heard it there.
Something about porn. Apparently some pics of Caylee were taken from Casey’s room.
This may not be the end of all of this. If there is truth in here, Casey may not be free for long. She may have lied and said she took them and they were just for family, but the woman is a liar.
The prosecutor says that it’s possible that tape moved there later and you tell me that it was secured so well as to hold the jawbone in place? That defies logic.
Let’s look at that statement. If the tape was put there before decomposition set in it would have been stuck to skin, NOT BONE. After decomp there would have been no skin for it to adhere to so no “holding” could be attributed.
If the prosecutor would have believed that statement he would have answered that the tape was placed in such a fashion that it was still holding the jawbone in place so could not have moved when asked by Greta.
You are right. She did say that.
Perhaps there are still things we know nothing about.....yet.
